Each laureate will be awarded:

• A cash prize of 7 thousand dinars and a trophy where will be engraved her name as “Femme Entrepreneure de l’Année 2022”;
• The Entrepreneur of the Year will be featured on the front page of the September issue of Managers;
• The winners will benefit from a media coverage and visibility;
• The winners will be participate in an acceleration programme managed by our partner, the RedStart accelerator;
• The winners will be offered mentorship in communication and public relationship.

Assessment criteria

Innovation

Measures how innovative the project is and how creative the entrepreneur. Innovation can be about the product, the process or the way the company/team is managed.

Viability

The sustainability of the project in its environment.

Social impact

The project’s capacity to improve the well-being of citizens, to impact its environment and create jobs.

Ecofriendliness

The extent to which the project is environmentally sound and socially responsible.

Agility and Growth

The ability of the project to adapt to economic conditions and crises, to create demand and scale up.

Eligibility criteria

To be able to take part in this competition, the candidate must be active in a profitable company, registered in the trade registry and acting in Tunisia for at least one year as of August 1st, 2022.

She must hold shares in the company and hold the position of senior management or the person who makes the bulk of the decisions. It must be responsible for the day-to-day management and financial results of the company.

She must be the founder or co-founder of the company or has a significant impact on its operation, if she acquired it.
